The Liberal Democrat group on Surrey County Council (SCC) has submitted a motion to the next Full Council meeting on the 28 November urging the Council to review the way it delivers highway maintenance and calling for the resignation of the Conservative Executive Member.
Liberal Democrats on Surrey County Council have called on the County to protect the Emergency Planning service which is in deep trouble following resignations and departures that will see almost the entire team lost by the end of the year.

In a lively debate held at Full Council on 25th July, members from across the chamber joined the Liberal Democrats in calling on the Executive to show leadership in formulating a plan of action to combat climate change.
